Why The Tortoise Always Beats the Hare
And while you're prospecting, you'll notice that some people emphasize recruiting as many people as possible as fast as possible. I don't. I'd rather have 5 or 6 really dynamic associates than 100 people who do little or nothing.
That's why I've included in Chapter 9 a detailed checklist for success, including 33 questions you ask yourself every day. Get to where you answer even 11 of these questions positively, and you'll find that your business and income begin to accelerate rapidly.

Two Magic Questions I Use to Start a Conversation
I'll give you the magic questions here because I feel they're so valuable:
"What's your current plan for financial freedom?" and...

These are two very different questions. That second question I asked of a young woman I met on a plane flight. I wasn't out to recruit her into my business. I was simply curious about a sense of sadness I detected throughout the flight. That one simple question turned her life around, allowing her to pursue a dream she'd held at bay for years. And, no, she never got into network marketing.
The point is this: your business will THRIVE when you see it as a way to add value to people's lives. Business grows exponentially when you consistently deliver high value to the people you meet. That's one reason I put so much valuable content into my book and other training materials.
I know that by delivering to you MORE than you expect, you will keep coming back.
So in Chapters 11 and 12, I talk a lot about how to deliver value... what questions to ask... how to get into a conversation that makes a difference for both parties... and how to Build a Winning Team.

Sponsoring is defined as "Looking out for another person's interest and well being." When you sponsor you are building a family. They could be spread across a large geographic area much like a family as it grows. They are all united with a common cause. They have fun together and make money doing it. They come together for reunion and celebration You can "Recruit" people. Recruiting is easy, getting people is easy, but if you don't also sponsor them and look out for their interest and well being you won't grow a successful business long term.
One man I coached sponsored one person a month into his business over a five year period... a total of 60 people. Out of those 60 he said he had developed 5 strong serious leaders. At the end of five years his income was over $50,000 a month, that's $600,000 a year!
